Our goal remains the same as it was when we started the business in 2003 — provide excellent customer services coupled with accurate and timely surveying results. Before founding Bickle Land Surveying, Mr. Bickle, our founder, was an Associate Principal for a large, full-service engineering and architectural firm. He noticed that property surveys are small, fast-moving individual projects that are best suited to smaller flexible firms. Thus, he left his job at the firm to focus specifically on the property survey market, and Bickle Land Surveying was created.

Our primary focus is boundary land surveying. We are skilled in settling boundary disputes and producing accurate real estate boundaries. Our services include developing property surveys for title transfers, subdivision, and property improvement and development. We often work with real estate attorneys, bank attorneys, and Realtors on behalf of their clients. As such, our survey maps are meticulously prepared to reflect a professional image of our client’s property. They can then use it to settle any disputes or gain some clarity in their boundary lines.
